By submitting content to DAXTOP, you grant DAXTOP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you as described in the subscription agreement.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions required to submit your content to the DAXTOP platform, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
DMCA Policy
DAXTOP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, DAXTOP will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

DMCA Notice Requirements

Third-party product and service names, logos, and trademarks mentioned or displayed within the DAXTOP platform or documentation are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with DAXTOP.
Unauthorized use of any DAXTOP trademark, service mark, or trade dress in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, disparage, or discredit DAXTOP is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement or unfair competition under applicable law.
Enforcement
DAXTOP actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and reserves the right to take all necessary and appropriate legal action to protect its rights, including pursuing civil remedies and, where applicable, referring matters to law enforcement authorities.
