Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or interfere with the platform; scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the Service without written permission; and using the Service to send unsolicited communications.
Intellectual Property Violations
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the DAXTOP software or platform. You also may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks displayed within the Service.
Payment and Billing
DAXTOP offers subscription-based pricing plans. By selecting a plan and providing payment information, you authorize DAXTOP to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected billing cycle.
All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. DAXTOP reserves the right to change pricing at any time, provided that you will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of DAXTOP in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the DAXTOP platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of DAXTOP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any business data, customer records, product information, and other content that you upload or input into the Service. DAXTOP does not claim any ownership rights over your data.
You grant DAXTOP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
DAXTOP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DAXTOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
DAXTOP does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that no data transmission or storage system is entirely secure and that DAXTOP cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting DAXTOP support or through your account settings. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
DAXTOP may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms of Use or if we are required to do so by applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
