1. Introduction

DAXTOP Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates ("DAXTOP", "we", "us", or "our") are the owners of all intellectual property rights in the DAXTOP platform, software, website, and associated materials, unless otherwise stated.

This Trademark Policy governs the use of all DAXTOP marks by third parties, including customers, partners, press, developers, and the general public. It applies globally and supplements any written partnership or licensing agreement you may have with us.

By accessing or using any DAXTOP product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Trademark Policy.

02

Owned Marks

DAXTOP owns and maintains exclusive rights in a wide range of trademarks and service marks, both registered and unregistered, across multiple jurisdictions.

Our registered and unregistered trademarks include word marks, logo marks, and the distinctive names used across our product portfolio. All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved.

Word Marks

The word marks "DAXTOP," "DAXTOP AI," and all related abbreviations, acronyms, and stylized variants are owned exclusively by DAXTOP Technologies, Inc. and are protected under applicable trademark law.

Logo Marks

Our distinctive logo designs, including the DAXTOP wordmark lockup and all associated graphic symbols, are protected as both trademarks and copyright works. Any reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Product & Feature Names

Names of specific DAXTOP products, modules, and features — such as DAXTOP ERP, DAXTOP CRM, and DAXTOP Analytics — are also protected marks and may not be used in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

03

Permitted Use of Marks

You may reference DAXTOP trademarks in limited circumstances as described below, provided you comply with all conditions set out in this policy and do not create a false impression of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Nominative Fair Use

You may use DAXTOP trademarks to refer accurately and factually to DAXTOP products or services — for example, to describe your product's compatibility or integration with the DAXTOP platform — provided the use is truthful, not misleading, and does not suggest any formal partnership.

Authorized Partner Use

DAXTOP-authorized resellers and implementation partners may use designated marks as specified in their written partner agreement. Use must comply with any brand guidelines provided and must not exceed the scope of the written authorization.

Press & Editorial Use

Journalists, analysts, and publishers may reference DAXTOP trademarks in news articles, reviews, and editorial content for the purpose of factual reporting, provided the marks are used accurately and are not altered in any way.

04

Prohibited Use of Marks

Without prior written authorization from DAXTOP, the following uses of our trademarks are strictly prohibited, regardless of the medium, purpose, or geography involved.

You must not use any DAXTOP trademark as part of your own company name, product name, service name, or brand identity in a way that could cause confusion as to the source or affiliation of your offerings.

You must not incorporate DAXTOP trademarks into advertising, promotional materials, packaging, or merchandise in a manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or official partnership.

You must not alter, distort, or modify any DAXTOP trademark, including changing colors, proportions, typefaces, or combining our marks with other words, symbols, or imagery.

You must not use DAXTOP trademarks in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, disparaging, or that otherwise harms the goodwill, reputation, or commercial standing of DAXTOP Technologies, Inc.

05

Logo & Brand Guidelines

When permitted, use of the DAXTOP logo must strictly adhere to the guidelines below. Failure to follow these guidelines constitutes an unauthorized use, even if the underlying activity would otherwise be permitted.

Color & Size Requirements

The DAXTOP logo must always appear in its approved color variants: full color on light backgrounds, white on dark or colored backgrounds. The logo must never be reproduced at a size smaller than 80px wide in digital contexts or 25mm wide in print.

Clear Space & Placement

Always maintain adequate clear space around the logo equal to at least the height of the "D" in the DAXTOP wordmark. The logo must not be placed on visually cluttered backgrounds or adjacent to competing brand marks.

Prohibited Logo Modifications

Do not stretch, compress, rotate, recolor, add effects, apply shadows, apply outlines, or otherwise alter the logo in any way. Do not place the logo inside a shape, badge, or container that was not provided by DAXTOP's brand team.

06

Third-Party Marks

All third-party product, service, and company names referenced within the DAXTOP platform or in DAXTOP documentation are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

References to third-party trademarks are made in good faith and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation between DAXTOP and the respective trademark owner, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

DAXTOP does not claim any affiliation with, certification by, or endorsement from third-party trademark owners unless a formal written agreement is in place and publicly disclosed.

07

Domain Names & Social Media

You may not register any domain name that incorporates a DAXTOP trademark in full or in part, including misspellings, abbreviations, or hyphenated variants, without prior written consent from DAXTOP Technologies, Inc.

Social media account names, handles, or usernames that include any DAXTOP trademark — whether on Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform — are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by DAXTOP.

Fan & Community Accounts

Unofficial fan or community social media accounts must clearly identify themselves as unofficial (e.g., "DAXTOP Fan Community — not affiliated with DAXTOP Technologies, Inc.") and must not use the official DAXTOP logo or any confusingly similar mark as their profile image or banner.

08

Enforcement & Remedies

DAXTOP actively monitors and enforces its trademark rights across all channels, including online marketplaces, domain registrations, social media platforms, app stores, and print media.

Unauthorized or improper use of DAXTOP trademarks may result in formal cease-and-desist correspondence, account suspension or termination, legal proceedings, and claims for monetary damages or injunctive relief under applicable trademark law.

DAXTOP reserves the right to revoke any previously granted trademark license or permission at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that use is inconsistent with this policy or detrimental to the DAXTOP brand.
